We are looking for a Data, Strategy and Performance Officer to help us monitor, review and develop the National Park Management Plan and Authority Plan. In the role, you will be responsible for contributing to drafting strategy text, collating data, developing targets and working with internal and external partners to ensure there is buy-in. Alongside this, you will help continue to monitor implementation of the existing plans.
You will need to understand corporate planning processes and be able to make recommendations on complex information. You will need to have experience of policy or strategy and working with internal and external partners.
The Peak District National Park was the first of Britain’s 15 national parks and is still enjoyed by millions, looking for both adventure and a breathing space to escape. It is also the most accessible due to its proximity to four major cities of the UK and its 38,000 residents.
This post is initially for a 1 year fixed term due to current funding availability.
A range of flexible working options would be considered, for example, hybrid home/office working, 9 day fortnight. The job is open to job sharing. If you would like to discuss this, please contact our HR team.
