We’re seeking an experienced Climate and National Park Strategy Manager to lead our strategic planning and performance function, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership working. This is initially a 3 year, fixed-term contract covering a secondment.
About the Role
You will lead the development, delivery and monitoring of the National Park Management Plan and Authority Plan. You will also play a central role in coordinating the Authority’s response to climate change.
About You
- Experience in strategy, planning or performance roles
- Strong partnership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent analytical, communication and leadership abilities
- Experience working with data, policy and collaborative delivery
- Proven ability to develop and deliver evidence-based strategies
- Experience in climate change adaptation planning
- Strong project management skills
