This job is for a Senior Care Assistant Night Part Time required for our new luxury care home 'The Moat House' located in Great Easton near Great Dunmow, Essex, part of the Country Court Family.
Hours: Night 22.5 Hours per week, working weekends on rota (Shift Times 19:45 - 08:00)

ABOUT THE SENIOR CARE ASSISTANT ROLE
Within your role as a Senior Care Assistant, you can really make a difference to our residents' lives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Aiding residents emotional well-being and social needs
- Administration and monitoring of medications to residents
- Supporting residents at meals time
- Mentor & assist new employees
- Implement, monitor and review care plans to meet residents specific needs
- Plan, allocate & supervise the work of the team of care assistants

- Experience as a Senior Care Assistant & leading a team

- Great communication skills, both written & verbal
