ABOUT THE SENIOR CARE ASSISTANT ROLE
Within your role as a Senior Care Assistant, you can really make a difference to our residents' lives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Aiding residents emotional well-being and social needs
- Administration and monitoring of medications to residents
- Supporting residents at meals time
- Mentor & assist new employees
- Implement, monitor and review care plans to meet residents specific needs
- Plan, allocate & supervise the work of the team of care assistants

- Experience as a Senior Care Assistant & leading a team
- Be no stranger to working night shifts

- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social care or willing to work towards this
- Great communication skills, both written & verbal
