Hours: Nights, 33 hours per week available, working weekends on rota (Shift Times 19:30 to 07:30).
Located in Tunbridge Wells & just 10 minutes from the train station, Birkin Lodge Nursing Home offers compassionate family-led nursing & residential care. Led by the manager, the staff create an environment for the residents where they feel comfortable & safe.
ABOUT THE CARE HOME ASSISTANT PRACTITIONER ROLE
Within the Care Home Assistant Practitioner role, you can really make a difference to our residents' lives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for the provisions of exceptional person-centred care, collaborating with the nursing team within the care home.
- Delivery of excellent standards of care, to enhance the lives and emotional wellbeing of each resident.
- Acting as an ambassador, by role modelling best practice.
- Supporting and collaborating directly with the nursing team within the home to ensure the smooth running of shifts, including accurate and legible completion of documentation.
- Must be medication-trained and qualified in the CHAP course.
