The Role:
As a Production Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for achieving and excelling operational standards in relation to health and safety, quality and food safety, hygiene, quantity, cost and people throughout their department.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a production, manufacturing, or similar environment at a supervisory level.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Leadership and Communication.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, team-focused setting.
- Understanding and awareness of Health and Safety.
- Understanding of Food Safety Culture.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn, progress and embrace our values.
