We are currently looking for an experienced Night Hygiene Manager to join our Kettering site.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Night Hygiene Team to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and food safety are maintained.
- Plan and coordinate hygiene activities in line with production requirements.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, COSHH, and Health & Safety standards.
- Conduct hygiene inspections, audits, and verification checks.
- Drive continuous improvement and promote best practice across the site.
- Manage hygiene resources, including labour, equipment, and cleaning materials.
- Support employee training, development, attendance, and performance management.
- Work closely with Production, Technical, and Engineering teams to support operational efficiency. About You
- Previous experience within a Hygiene Department in a food manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading and managing teams.
- HACCP and COSHH trained.
- Strong knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and GMP standards.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
- A proactive approach with the ability to motivate and develop others. Desirable:
- Train the Trainer qualification.
- Food Safety qualification.
