Behind every Aston Martin is a global network of suppliers, commercial partnerships and strategic decisions that make extraordinary performance possible. We're looking for a Senior Procurement Manager (Indirect) to join our Procurement team at Gaydon on a fixed-term contract until December 2027. This is an exceptional opportunity to take ownership of a critical area of indirect procurement, influencing strategic sourcing decisions, building high-value supplier partnerships and helping shape the future success of one of the world's most iconic luxury brands.

Procurement at Aston Martin is about far more than managing suppliers. It is a function that sits at the heart of our business, directly influencing profitability, programme delivery and our ability to create the extraordinary vehicles our customers aspire to own. Every commercial decision, supplier relationship and sourcing strategy contributes to our long-term success. In this role, you'll define and deliver procurement objectives aligned to business priorities, leading strategic initiatives that drive commercial value while supporting the continued evolution of our Procurement function.

You'll play a key role in strengthening governance, improving processes and ensuring the team consistently delivers against ambitious targets. Leading and developing a talented team will be central to your success. You'll coach, mentor and inspire colleagues, creating an environment where people can thrive, perform at their best and contribute towards both immediate business objectives and longer-term strategic goals. You'll bring clarity and direction to complex challenges and ensure your team remains focused on achieving impactful results.

Collaboration will be an essential part of the role. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, representing Procurement within cross-functional programmes and building trusted relationships at every level of the organisation. You'll help drive informed decision-making through insightful analysis, transparent reporting and proactive risk management, ensuring Procurement remains a valued strategic partner throughout Aston Martin.

Externally, you'll cultivate strong, long-term supplier relationships and develop sourcing strategies that support both immediate priorities and future growth. Your ability to navigate commercial challenges, identify opportunities and mitigate supply risks will play a significant role in maintaining a competitive and resilient supply base.

What makes this opportunity so exciting is the scale of influence you'll have. This is a role where your decisions directly impact business performance, cost efficiency, supplier strategy and operational success. You'll have the autonomy to shape how your area operates, the visibility to influence senior stakeholders and the opportunity to leave a lasting mark on a world-renowned luxury automotive business during an important period of transformation and growth.

We're looking for an experienced procurement professional with a strong understanding of the strategic value Procurement delivers within a complex organisation. You'll bring previous leadership experience, a proven ability to drive results and a track record of building high-performing teams. Experience within a manufacturing environment is essential, whilst automotive experience would be advantageous.

You'll combine excellent commercial judgement with strong analytical capability and exceptional stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working with complex data and using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint to support decision-making, you'll be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences and confidently influence outcomes. A degree-level qualification, or equivalent experience, is required, alongside a full driving licence and willingness to travel when business needs require.

Just as importantly, you'll be a collaborative and proactive leader who enjoys challenging the status quo, building strong relationships and continuously seeking opportunities to improve. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same and where your contribution genuinely matters.

Joining Aston Martin on a fixed-term contract through to December 2027 offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact during a significant period for the business. You'll work alongside passionate and talented colleagues, influence strategic business decisions and play a key role in enabling the future of one of the world's most admired luxury brands. If you're ready to combine commercial leadership, strategic thinking and a passion for excellence, we'd love to hear from you.

At Aston Martin, we believe that the stunning beauty, craftsmanship, and artistry that define our brand come from the diverse voices and talents of our extraordinary team. We are committed to fostering a culture where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to thrive. Your unique perspectives, shaped by your education, culture, ethnicity, race, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, religion, abilities, and more, are what make us stronger and more innovative. We celebrate the richness of diversity and actively seek individuals who bring something new to the table. If you require any accommodations or support during the application process, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to ensure that you can bring your best, in every way.
