The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
Primarily based in Royston, the successful candidate will have proven estate agency experience as a valuer winning instructions and ideally be NAEA qualified. They should be eager for this challenging, exciting, and financially rewarding role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with a smart appearance. Competent IT skills and the ability to thrive in a busy team environment are also key. Candidates must have a full driving license and own car with business insurance.
The role offers a basic salary plus commission, shared across all branches. Working hours are 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, and every second Saturday from 9am to 4pm, with a day off in lieu when working a Saturday. Mileage allowance is 40p per mile for travel during working hours.
