The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.
Primarily based in Royston, this important team role is to carry out all sales activities within the branch including dealing directly with clients, carrying out accompanied viewings of client properties and negotiating and agreeing sales.
The successful candidate will be smart in appearance and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will have competent IT skills, excellent inter-personal skills and thrive in a team environment. Some experience in estate agency is essential. Candidates must have a full driving license and their own car.
