Our country house boasts a wealth of history and character, with multiple reception rooms, bars and ceremony options, as well as 21 luxurious bedrooms including our gorgeous Honeymoon Suite, The Lady Bourton. About you

About the role - Banqueting Manager

Main duties

  • To manage the waiting staff so that the Personal Wedding Manager can devote their time to running an event.
  • To complete Rotaring and deal with any Front of House staffing issues.
  • To oversee the food and canape service.
  • To ensure the waiting team have a good knowledge of food and beverages served at each event.
  • To ensure smooth running of food and canape service.
  • To participate in all preparation, cleaning down and all waiting duties along with monthly deep cleans.
  • Complete a monthly stock take on 1st of every month and ensure the completed spreadsheet is sent to the Venue Manager.

Job Type: Full‑time
Pay: Up to £28,500.00 per year
