What Youll Be Doing As Assistant General Manager
- Operational Leadership: Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the pub, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.
- Team Development: Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high service standards.
- Guest Engagement: Deliver warm hospitality and exceed customer expectations.
- Stock & Financial Control: Manage stock levels, ordering, and cost control to maximise profitability.
- Event & Function Support: Assist in the planning and execution of private events and busy service periods.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all licensing, health & safety, and hygiene regulations are adhered to.
- Tech-Savvy Management: Use industry-leading systems such as Zonal till systems, High Level software, and Harri rota, time & attendance and recruitment system to streamline operations.
