Country Grocer on Bowen is looking for an experienced and passionate Produce Manager to join our amazing leadership team! If you have what it takes to lead a team to success, and have fun doing it along the way, we would love to hear from you!

The Job:

  • Leading and supporting the produce team to be the best that they can be
  • Creating eye-catching displays and ensuring the presentation of the produce department is always up to the highest standards
  • Responsible for placing orders with our warehouse and distributors, stocking shelves, and rotating and facing products
  • Supervising and training the produce team; ensuring all duties and responsibilities are carried out

About you:

  • You have experience in grocery management, and expert produce knowledge
  • You have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • You genuinely care about making an impact and motivating your team to do the same
  • You consistently look for new opportunities and ways to improve
  • You thrive in high volume and fast-paced environments

Schedule Requirements:

  • Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends if required

Pay for this job:

  • Pay: CA$25.75-CA$35.00 per hour
  • Starting Range: $25.75-$30.00
  • Most new team members start within this range, depending on their experience and skills.
  • Growth Range: Up to $35.00
  • There’s room to grow! Annual performance reviews provide opportunities to move up within this range over time.
