Country Grocer on Bowen is looking for an experienced and passionate Produce Manager to join our amazing leadership team! If you have what it takes to lead a team to success, and have fun doing it along the way, we would love to hear from you!
The Job:
- Leading and supporting the produce team to be the best that they can be
- Creating eye-catching displays and ensuring the presentation of the produce department is always up to the highest standards
- Responsible for placing orders with our warehouse and distributors, stocking shelves, and rotating and facing products
- Supervising and training the produce team; ensuring all duties and responsibilities are carried out
About you:
- You have experience in grocery management, and expert produce knowledge
- You have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- You genuinely care about making an impact and motivating your team to do the same

- You thrive in high volume and fast-paced environments
Schedule Requirements:
- Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends if required
Pay for this job:
- Pay: CA$25.75-CA$35.00 per hour
- Starting Range: $25.75-$30.00
- Most new team members start within this range, depending on their experience and skills.
- Growth Range: Up to $35.00
- There’s room to grow! Annual performance reviews provide opportunities to move up within this range over time.
