Schedule Requirements:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays

Some of what you will do:

  • Supervise front-end team members and ensure that all duties and responsibilities are performed
  • Provide exemplary customer service to both our internal and external customers
  • Handle all customer feedback in a positive and professional manner
  • Scan goods and ensure pricing is correct
  • Process customer's grocery orders efficiently and accurately
  • Follow all cash handling procedures
  • Learn product codes and differentiate between products
  • Issue receipts, refunds, and credits
  • Maintain a safe, clean and orderly checkout area
  • Perform other duties as required

Experience and Education:

  • A minimum of 1 year leadership experience or 2 years of grocery/retail experience
  • Previous cash handling experience would be considered an asset
