Working in the Lanes Group, this position is crucial in maintaining our high standards of training delivery and compliance across our water utility partnerships. They will work alongside our existing Training Coordinator and Training Lead, ensuring smooth operation of training activities and maintaining our commitment to excellence in service delivery.
Purpose Of The Role
As the Training Administrator, they play a vital role within the training department, supporting our utilities contracts including United Utilities, Severn Trent, Yorkshire Water and the recent Welsh water acquisition. The training administrator will serve as a key liaison between multiple stakeholders, maintaining clear communication channels across the business. Internally, they will work closely with the training coordinator and the HSEQ team, coordinating training activities and maintaining compliance standards. They will regularly engage with contract managers and operations teams to schedule training and ensure certification requirements are met. External stakeholder management will involve coordinating with our training suppliers to arrange sessions, processing invoices, and maintaining quality standards. They will also support auditors during compliance checks and maintain regular contact with water utilities clients regarding training matrices and certification updates.
