HR Data & Insights Lead
Offering a 12 month fixed term contract.
The Role
- Lead the development of a scalable HR data and analytics capability, supporting the Success Factors transformation and enabling a data‑driven, insight‑led HR function.
- Define and deliver a global HR data roadmap, ensuring high‑quality, integrated data that supports workforce planning, talent decisions, and executive reporting.
- Work closely with HR, Technology, and Finance stakeholders to enhance existing dashboards and build new Power BI reporting solutions, translating complex HR data into meaningful, actionable insights.
- Operate across global, regional, and local teams to embed consistent reporting standards and enable a seamless transition to a modern, analytics‑enabled HR function.
What We're Looking For
- Strong problem‑solving capabilities to identify trends and forecast HR metrics accurately.
- Experience collaborating with HR business partners and other stakeholders to align data analytics with strategic objectives.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to diverse audiences, including senior leadership, by preparing detailed reports and presentations.
- Background in statistical analysis or quantitative research methods is highly desirable.
- Attention to detail, coupled with strong organisational skills, to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Commitment to data privacy and GDPR compliance to maintain employee confidentiality at all times.
