We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join the team at The Wild Duck, one of the Cotswolds’ most loved and characterful pubs. The Role – Chef de Partie
As Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section, working as part of a close-knit kitchen team to deliver consistently high-quality food. You’ll be organised, eager to learn, and take pride in doing things properly — from prep through to service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running your section during prep and service
- Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard
- Supporting the Sous and Head Chef in delivering smooth service
- Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards
- Assisting with stock rotation and organisation
- Contributing to a positive, professional kitchen culture
