The Wild Duck is a beautifully restored luxury country inn, set in the heart of the Cotswolds and part of the Country Creatures family — a growing collection of characterful pubs and restaurants known for exceptional food, warm hospitality, and thoughtful, design‑led spaces. We are now looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and play a key role in delivering seasonal, ingredient‑led menus in a professional, supportive environment.

The Role

  • Running your own section during service with confidence and consistency
