The role

We’re looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

You’ll take ownership of your section, ensuring preparation is organised, dishes are delivered consistently and service runs smoothly. You’ll work alongside a team that takes pride in its food and wants to keep improving.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard.
• Taking ownership of your section during service.
• Completing mise en place and preparation efficiently.
• Maintaining consistency, portion control and presentation.
• Supporting junior chefs and working closely with the wider brigade.
• Managing stock rotation and minimising waste.
• Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to progress.
• Good cooking skills and an interest in seasonal food.
• The ability to work efficiently during busy services.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to support the team.
