The role
We’re looking for a reliable Breakfast Chef to help deliver a great start to the day for our guests.
You’ll take responsibility for breakfast preparation and service, ensuring dishes are cooked well, served promptly and delivered consistently.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking breakfast dishes to specification.
- Organising mise en place before service.
- Managing breakfast service efficiently.
- Maintaining food quality, presentation and portion control.
- Monitoring stock and reducing waste.
- Following food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures.
- Cleaning down and preparing the kitchen for the next service.
- Communicating effectively with the wider team.
What we’re looking for
- Previous breakfast or kitchen experience preferred.
- Good organisation and time management.
- The ability to work independently and under pressure.
- A reliable, punctual and positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work early mornings and weekends where required.
