We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Estates Manager to join our team and cover our homes within our Southern Region. This exciting opportunity will be developing a skilled, capable and confident workforce across our luxury 5 homes, ensuring mandatory training is delivered and support provided.

As the Senior Estates Manager South, you will oversee the strategic and operational management of the estate\'s portfolio for a group of care homes, as specified by the Southern regions. This involves the internal, external & ground works of the care homes. The Senior Estates Manager South will lead a team of estate management professionals, manage large-scale projects, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

The Senior Estates Manager role would suit an existing experienced health and social care trainer, who is confident in engaging with care staff and able to develop themselves and others. Ideally you will have the following, however training will be given:

  • Proven experience in estates/facilities management, ideally within the health or social care sector.
  • Strong knowledge of UK legislation relating to health and safety, fire safety, and estates compliance.
  • Demonstrable experience managing staff across multi-site estates operations.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
  • Experience of budget management and contractor performance management.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across the Southern region.
