Hours: Days, 44 hours per week available, working weekends on rota
Pemberley Manor Care Home situated in Orpington, is a warm & friendly nursing home . Our dedicated team led by the Manager offers round-the-clock support, making life comfortable and enjoyable for the residents.

ABOUT THE SENIOR CARE ASSISTANT ROLE
Within your role as a Senior Care Assistant, you can really make a difference to our residents' lives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Aiding residents emotional well-being and social needs
- Administration and monitoring of medications to residents.
- Supporting residents at meals time
- Implement, monitor and review care plans to meet residents specific needs.
- Plan, allocate & supervise the work of the team of care assistants

ABOUT YOU
Our fantastic staff are at the heart of our homes & provide vital day-to-day support to our residents. Having those care values is vital to share a happy home, so we would love to hear from those who really do want to make a difference to people's lives.
- Experience as a Senior Care Assistant & leading a team.
- Be no stranger to working night shifts
- Have a friendly & caring attitude.
- Able to engage well with the residents and their families
- Have an understanding of people with Dementia
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social care or willing to work towards this.
