Country Court is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join Pemberley Manor Care Home in Orpington. You will support residents' daily living, monitor medications, assist at meals, and help implement and review care plans to meet individual needs.
You will lead and supervise a team of care assistants, working nights across a 44-hour week on rota, with weekends included. NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to pursue is required.
