Minibus Driver Part Time Required - Covering our Homes in Carter, Link, Lyle and Woodlands

ABOUT THE MINIBUS DRIVER ROLE

  • Our minibus drivers will have several local Homes to drive for, planning effectively with each Home to maximise its use in a fair and agreeable rota, helping our Residents move to and from their destination with ease. The vehicle will be based at one of the homes. You may also be needed to cover other days of the week on occasions.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our residents.
  • Make sure our residents are safe and comfortable on the journeys.
  • Responsible for the upkeep & maintenance of the Minibus & reporting any issues.
  • Keep the minibus clean & tidy and to a high standard.

ABOUT YOU

  • Are you kind-hearted, calm under pressure, patient and knowledgeable in driving?
  • Are you courteous, respectful and have a genuine enthusiasm for driving and looking after our Residents?
  • Are you a people person? If you are, then we want you to join our Family here at Country Court.
  • Have a friendly & caring attitude.
  • Able to engage well with the residents and their families.
  • Have a genuine enthusiasm for driving.
  • Have an understanding of people with Dementia.
  • Experience in the care industry is preferred but not essential.
  • For insurance reasons, our drivers must be over 25 years of age and have a FULL UK Driving License for 2 years or more and this must include category D1, with no serious driving convictions.
