Ashwood Nursing Home in Spalding, Lincolnshire offers family-led nursing, residential and dementia care. Led by the Manager and the amazing team, we help provide a safe & homely atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Helping our residents with personal support and care
  • Aiding their emotional well-being and social needs
  • Supporting residents at meal times
  • Interacting with our residents on a personal level
  • Maintaining and developing the residents' care plan to ensure their needs are met

About You

  • Be no stranger to working long shifts
  • Have good written & verbal communication skills
  • Able to engage well with the residents and their families
  • Have an understanding of people with Dementia
  • Experience as a Care Assistant is preferred but not essential
  • Have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or be willing to work towards this
