Ashwood Nursing Home in Spalding, Lincolnshire offers family-led nursing, residential and dementia care. Led by the Manager and the amazing team, we help provide a safe & homely atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Helping our residents with personal support and care
- Aiding their emotional well-being and social needs
- Supporting residents at meal times
- Interacting with our residents on a personal level
- Maintaining and developing the residents' care plan to ensure their needs are met
About You
- Be no stranger to working long shifts
- Have good written & verbal communication skills
- Able to engage well with the residents and their families
- Have an understanding of people with Dementia
- Experience as a Care Assistant is preferred but not essential
- Have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or be willing to work towards this
