Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CIO – Partner located in London/Manchester for a FTSE 250 company. The CIO – Partner will oversee the strategic alignment of IT systems with business initiatives, manage IT operations, and develop and execute the organization\’s technology roadmap. Daily responsibilities include analyzing business processes, driving digital transformation, leading IT teams of over 300 employees and 4 vendors, ensuring system security, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve technological infrastructure and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Leading 300+ Employees in addition to 4 vendor-contingent workers.
• Working across UK, India, Portugal and USA
• Proven expertise in Information Technology, including system analysis and implementation
• Experience in IT Operations and ensuring the seamless functioning of technical systems
• Strong capabilities in IT Management, with the ability to lead and mentor teams effectively
• Skill in IT Strategy development and aligning technology with organizational goals
• Familiarity with Business Process analysis and improvement methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Experience in enterprise architecture or IT governance is a plus
