Ticketing Administrator
Orpington
Part Time – 30 hours per week (10am – 4pm Mon-Fri)

We are seeking an organized and efficient Ticketing Administrator to join our team in Orpington, Kent. As a Ticketing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the production of our shelf edge labels, ensuring smooth delivery of ticket orders. This position requires a detail individual with excellent organizational skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage and maintain the ticketing process
- Ensuring all ticket orders are printed and posted within our 5-day turnaround
- Maintain regular stock management and ordering of materials
- Ad-hoc duties
What we are looking for:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
