CGMS LONDON is a one-stop professional service provider specializing in global mobility and cross-border solutions. Our services cover educational consultancy, business start-up guidance, and medical and healthcare tourism. We serve enterprises, families, and individuals, offering high-quality, customized solutions designed to meet diverse mobility and expansion needs.

We are currently seeking two dynamic and dedicated Public Relations Officers to join our growing team at our London office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Director and senior management to develop and implement integrated public relations strategies that align with business objectives and support brand growth across target markets.
  • Draft, edit, and manage the dissemination of newsletters, press releases, and digital marketing materials to promote company services and success stories.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, media outlets, business partners, and community organizations to enhance the company’s visibility and credibility within the global mobility industry.
  • Organize and represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and press interactions to establish CGMS as a trusted brand in immigration and global business consultancy.
  • Monitor media coverage, public sentiment, and industry trends to assess the effectiveness of PR campaigns and identify opportunities for strategic engagement.
  • Identify potential risks to the company’s image or reputation and recommend proactive communication and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-platform communication initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging in both Mandarin and English, particularly across Chinese and international digital media.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to continuously strengthen CGMS’s corporate image and communicate its commitment to service excellence, trust, and client success.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in public relations, corporate communication, or marketing (experience in a global mobility or consultancy business is advantageous).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Familiarity with Chinese social media platforms (e.g., WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu) and international digital marketing tools.
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and public speaking abilities with confidence in client engagement and relationship building.
  • Good time management and multitasking skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
  • Team-oriented mindset, adaptability, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
