About you:
- You are an estimator, or a support professional within the electrical or mechanical sector with approximately 2-6 years experience.
- You already have an interest in software and enjoy helping others use technology to their advantage.
- You are enthusiastic, articulate and confident speaking with professionals at all levels.
- You have excellent written communication skills and pay close attention to spelling and grammar.
- You take pride in your work and enjoy the challenge of working to KPIs.
- As part of a remote team, you are able to prioritise and manage your workload independently.
We appreciate that you may not have done a role exactly like this before. While your estimating experience will be highly valuable, the job itself is something quite different. You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The role:
- As a Product Specialist in the support team at Countfire, you will primarily handle inbound support enquiries.
- You will be on hand to answer user questions about the software, responding in a professional and timely manner.
- You will also run training sessions for new customers as part of their onboarding process.
- You will be expected to learn the product inside out and help users understand the features that will benefit them most.
- Your estimating experience will be essential in allowing you to relate directly to customer needs.
- Success in this role will come from maintaining our low response times, accurately following internal processes, and being able to explain technical features in a clear and simple way.
