Countesthorpe Academy is seeking a proactive Behaviour and Inclusion Mentor to join the SEN Department.
The role focuses on early intervention, mentoring to overcome behavioural barriers, and promoting student resilience across our school community.
The position supports a 37-hour week over 39 weeks per year, with a fixed-term contract and Grade 7 pay range.
The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, HOYs, and external agencies to help every student reach their full potential.
