The Headteacher and Governing Body are wishing to appoint an experienced, proactive and compassionate Pastoral Manager to join our dedicated pastoral team. This role is central to our mission of fostering a safe, respectful and aspirational environment where every student can thrive. Responsibilities
- Co‑ordinate targeted interventions for students at risk of or returning from suspension.
- Strengthen community relationships through work with parents.
- Ensure high‑quality reintegration processes are in place for students.
