Countesthorpe Academy, located in Kibworth Beauchamp, is looking for a proactive Emotionally Based School Avoidance & Wellbeing Coach. The ideal candidate will support students struggling with SEMH needs, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and re-engage with education. You will work closely with the SEN Department and contribute to the school's approach to mental health.

This fixed-term position offers a salary range of £22,963 to £24,089 for 37 hours a week during term time.
