Pastoral Manager (Non-Teaching) Required from 21st August 2026 – July 2027 in the first instance. Grade 9 Pay Point 19 - 22 £32,068 - £34,359 Permanent Full-Time.
The Headteacher and Governing Body are wishing to appoint an experienced, proactive and compassionate Pastoral Manager to join our dedicated pastoral team. This role is central to our mission of fostering a safe, respectful and aspirational environment where every student can thrive.
The successful candidate will co-ordinate targeted interventions for students at risk of or returning from suspension, strengthen community relationships through work with parents and ensure high-quality reintegration processes are in place for students.
