Job overview
Working Full Time: 37.5 hours per week. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and well-motivated Coordinator to join our busy but friendly Medical Staffing Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and varied day to day administrative service contributing to the smooth running of the Medical Staffing Workforce Team. Using effective use of systems and good communication skills a large part of the duties involves the co-ordination and maintenance of Medical Staff rotas and ensuring Locum cover.
Main duties of the job:
- Provide a first line point of contact for all queries relating to Medical Staff and provide advice on medical workforce issues while escalating complex queries/problems as appropriate.
- Monitor multiple shared inboxes, Microsoft Teams, work mobile and ensure emails and messages are flagged for the right team to pick up and ensure deadlines are met, while escalating complex queries/problems as appropriate.
- Responsibility for the creation and maintenance of medical workforce rotas.
- Provide divisional information on all aspects of medical staff establishment e.g., staff in post, appraisal dates, vacancies etc. as requested.
