Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust seeks a catering/kitchen role to support the Deputy Head of Catering in delivering high standards of food preparation, cooking and service for patients, staff and visitors. The post holder ensures quality and outcomes for each dish and upholds personal hygiene and health & safety practices.

You will assist in the preparation, cooking and service of meals at Ellesmere Port Hospital, maintain HACCP records, and help with stock control and staff.
