The Data & Analytics team has a Corporate Information Analyst role available for the right candidate to join our friendly and dedicated team.

We\βre looking for
- A strong aptitude for visualization, numbers, and technology
- A proactive problem solver with keen attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with our tech stack (Power BI, T-SQL, Excel, SSRS, Power Automate) or similar tools
- A desire to proactively learn new skills
- Previous NHS or healthcare experience (beneficial but not required)
- The ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks across multiple projects with clear documentation and governance compliance

Main duties of the job
What you will be doing
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and SSRS to support data-driven decision-making
- Engage with stakeholders, including senior managers and clinicians, to gather requirements, communicate insights, and translate technical findings into actionable outcomes
- Extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources to support operational and strategic initiatives
- Interpret national and local guidance to develop and maintain appropriate datasets, dataflows, and reporting processes
- Investigate and respond to ad-hoc data queries, ensuring timely and accurate information delivery
- Collaborate with the wider Data & Analytics team, sharing expertise and supporting continuous improvement
- Understand and document business processes and workflows to inform data solutions
- Apply data governance principles and follow change management procedures to maintain data quality, consistency, and security
