The Data & Analytics team has a Corporate Information Analyst role available for the right candidate to join our friendly and dedicated team.

We\’re looking for

• A strong aptitude for visualization, numbers, and technology
• A proactive problem solver with keen attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with our tech stack (Power BI, T-SQL, Excel, SSRS, Power Automate) or similar tools
• A desire to proactively learn new skills
• Previous NHS or healthcare experience (beneficial but not required)
• The ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks across multiple projects with clear documentation and governance compliance

Main duties of the job

What you will be doing

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and SSRS to support data-driven decision-making
• Engage with stakeholders, including senior managers and clinicians, to gather requirements, communicate insights, and translate technical findings into actionable outcomes
• Extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources to support operational and strategic initiatives
• Interpret national and local guidance to develop and maintain appropriate datasets, dataflows, and reporting processes
• Investigate and respond to ad-hoc data queries, ensuring timely and accurate information delivery
• Collaborate with the wider Data & Analytics team, sharing expertise and supporting continuous improvement
• Understand and document business processes and workflows to inform data solutions
• Apply data governance principles and follow change management procedures to maintain data quality, consistency, and security
