This is an exciting opportunity for a substantive Consultant in Obstetrics & Gynaecology with a special interest in High risk Obstetrics and Fetal Medicine.
The successful candidate will complement our obstetric and gynaecology services, focusing on high risk obstetrics and fetal medicine, working alongside our team of specialists.
Main duties of the job
Responsibilities include leading high risk antenatal, multiple pregnancy clinics, and pre/post pregnancy counselling services. The role involves participation in local, regional, and national quality and safety initiatives.
Depending on skills, there may be a gynaecology component, likely outpatient or emergency gynaecology.
All staff are expected to be flexible and committed to delivering Safe, Kind, and Effective care.
The post includes participation in a 1 in 12 non-resident 3rd on-call rota.
