Responsibilities
- Provide support to an efficient and confidential clerical team, including digitalising records, preparing case notes and working in the reception areas within the hospital.
- Walk to and from different departments within the hospital to obtain and deliver case notes and clinic trolleys.
- Assist with various administrative duties across Health Records and Outpatient Reception departments.
Training and Qualifications
The apprenticeship is a work‑based training programme where you will develop your skills in subjects such as English and Maths. The successful applicant will gain an NVQ in Customer Service, a nationally recognised qualification.
