Overview
Working Full time: 37.5 hours per week. An exciting opportunity has arisen at Countess of Chester Hospital for a temporary fixed term Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to be part of the ACP team which manages the Surgical Same Day Emergency Care. Previous applicants need not apply.
Responsibilities
The successful ACP will work autonomously providing clinical care, expertise advice and leadership within the Same Day Emergency Care Environment. They will ensure high quality patient care by autonomously making and maintaining clinical decisions and treatment plans to manage acute illnesses, whilst engaging within the multidisciplinary ethos to ensure effective and efficient patient care.
Qualifications
Active Advanced Clinical Practitioner with experience in emergency care environments. Must be innovative, enthusiastic, and dynamic, capable of working autonomously and within a supportive, caring and friendly team.
