The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

The right candidate will be provided with a 7-day Healthcare Assistant Induction, introducing you to the Trust and ensuring that you settle into your new role. Successful candidates will receive resources and guidance to complete the national mandatory Care Certificate within 6 months of appointment.

Although experience and qualifications in care are desirable, they are not essential. We seek dedicated, enthusiastic individuals who want to help Team Countess provide safe, kind, and effective care. Training and development opportunities will be available, including the chance to enroll in NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care, supported by the Trust and Wirral Metropolitan College.

The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust serves West Cheshire and Welsh patients, operating from three locations: The Countess of Chester Hospital, Ellesmere Port Hospital, and Tarporley War Memorial Hospital. The Trust employs over 5,916 staff and provides a range of acute, emergency, primary, and community services to a population of approximately 411,000.
