Counter is proud to be supporting the growth and development of BigChange’s mobile squads. We’re looking for one experienced Mobile Engineer (iOS) to join the project as part of a five-person team, working alongside two associate consultants from our Northcoders bootcamp and supported by a Counter Tech Lead. You’ll be joining a highly collaborative team and organisation that values trust, celebrates success, and promotes innovation. Working closely with both Counter and BigChange’s mobile engineering pods, you’ll help design and deliver modern solutions to complex problems, empowering field service professionals to perform their roles efficiently and effectively. About Counter

In 2024 Northcoders Group successfully launched a new standalone tech consultancy brand, Counter, in order to challenge the UK tech consultancy space and to provide organisations with a new, high quality, transparent and affordable onshore technology partner. Counter teams are formed for our clients by deploying a Counter Tech Lead to work within the client’s organisation in order to hire appropriate team members and then to work in collaboration with them directly on the clients projects. The Role

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in mobile application development (iOS)
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and deliver high quality software solutions in a commercial environment across the SDLC.
  • Demonstrated experience working within an Agile environment.
  • Highly self‑motivated, with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to support team members and work cross‑functionally across departments.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and related technologies.
