Information about the role:

This will be a posting for West Yorkshire Police Officers and a transfer or secondment if from the Regional Forces. Applicants from Regional Forces will require permission from their current Force Command Team in order to be eligible to apply, as per their Home Force policy.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a unique team, supporting the work of Counter Terrorism Policing.

The overall purpose of the role will be to carry out all CTP work and enquiries as directed by the Inspector via the Sergeant. This will involve examining passengers/goods under the provisions of the Terrorism Act 2000/Counter Terrorism and Border Security Act 2019, to establish if they have been, or are, involved in terrorism/Hostile State Activity.
