Counter Terrorism Policing (CTP) is seeking a National Co-ordinator for Inclusion and Wellbeing to lead IDE and Wellbeing across the CTP network. The role shapes the IDE strategy, advises senior leaders, and partners with HR and regional teams to implement national action plans.
The post holder will drive regional IDE/W initiatives, benchmark best practice, and support recruitment and retention through an IDE lens, while ensuring governance and data-informed interventions across the network.
