Counter Terrorism Policing (CTP) is seeking a National Co-ordinator for Inclusion and Wellbeing to drive IDE and wellbeing across the CTP Network.

You will develop a cohesive, future‑proofed approach, advising senior leaders and shaping regional strategies.

The role requires a proven IDE practitioner with strong stakeholder engagement, change management skills and the ability to collaborate with HR, CT Heads and national partners to deliver inclusive culture and wellbeing initiatives.
