As part of a small team, you will provide IT support across all departments within CTP North East. You will develop, install and maintain a wide range of systems including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, servers and printers with a strong focus on their security. You will provide support in line with the ITIL framework to all regional units within the North East and must be able to drive.
In addition, you will implement and maintain standards of IT security in accordance with legislation, national guidelines and local and regional policy.
You must have experience of supporting, maintaining and administering Windows 11, Microsoft Server 2016 and above, Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange Server. In addition, you must have a qualification (e.g. Degree, HNC, HND) in a relevant subject or equivalent experience of working in an IT environment, together with an ability to manage IT services for customers, in order to assist them in carrying out their roles.
