The predicted salary is between 24000 - 28000 £ per year.
The post holder will work within the NaCTSO Business Engagement Unit (BEU). The role includes liaison with the team, wider NaCTSO team, regional CT network and industry across the UK. There will be a responsibility for co-ordinating team meetings; booking and organisation of diarised meetings and inviting attendees. The Support Officer will be managing appointments, completing administrative and supporting tasks for events, taking meeting minutes and providing general support for the team with daily administrative needs. The post and NaCTSO will also support functions of the National Coordinator Protect and Prepare (NCPP) as required, which is part of the National Counter Terrorism Policing Headquarters (NCTPHQ). The role will support with the ProtectUK Information Sharing Platform (development by NaCTSO) regarding events and new products that this team will produce.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support meetings, events and training opportunities for the team
- Arrange meetings and take minutes
- Provide a range of supporting tasks to aid delivery of business engagement to the private sector
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
- Record keeping and handling sensitive material
- Acting as meeting secretary for the team
- Management of contact lists for the Business Information Exchange and Business Independent Advisory Group
