Information about the role:
The CATO team is a critical component within CTPNW, responsible for collating information on the availability, skills, and training of all personnel. This enables a dynamic response to both planned operations and spontaneous events.
During periods of critical operational demand, the CATO team negotiates with CTPNW Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the CTPNOC mobilisation desk to ensure operational objectives are achieved.
Daily responsibilities include handling a wide range of enquiries (internal and external), managing the Duty Management System, and facilitating the daily Pacesetter meeting for the Command Team.
