Information About The Role
To support the Prevent Strand of the Contest strategy. The role involves delivering enhanced support to those susceptible to radicalisation, tackling the causes of radicalisation in communities and online, combating extremist groomers, and working towards disengagement from terrorist activities by those engaged or supporting terrorism.
Responsibilities
Advice and Guidance
- Assess personal requirements of customers and provide support, advice, and guidance.
- Offer advice on complex issues related to the area of work.
- Resolve complex problems independently, referring major issues to senior colleagues.
- Identify and escalate serious problems.
Business Improvement
- Contribute to the development and implementation of improvements within the area or project.
- Present a positive image and high-quality service to internal and external customers.
- Engage effectively with customers at all levels, maintaining confidentiality and data protection standards.
Organisation and Planning
- Plan and organise work within set standards and timescales.
- Organise events and meetings as directed.
