Salary between £45,986 to £54,863 dependent on existing salary and experience, plus location allowances totalling £3,009. Most individuals should expect to start on the band minimum.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day application of the Business Change framework, tools and methodology to implement sustainable change across the national Counter Terrorism Policing Network.
• Support the Business Change Leads in delivering our change portfolio, working closely with our change network and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• An understanding of the principles of change management or transferrable skills.
• The ability to use information to assess how change is landing, assess risks and blockers, supporting effective decision-making.
• The ability to provide effective challenge to interested parties.
• Good planning and organisational skills, with the ability to meet demanding deadlines in a pressured environment.
• Good interpersonal and facilitation skills.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, across all levels including stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
• Self-starter, confident and capable of working both independently and collaboratively to tight deadlines with plenty of initiative.
• Strong IT skills in the use of Microsoft products, especially MS Word and PowerPoint.

You Might Have Some Experience

• Working for a (local) government, security agency or within a policing environment.

Vetting

This post requires access to the most sensitive intelligence material on a daily basis. Applicants must hold or be prepared to undergo National Security Vetting (NSV) Developed Vetting (DV) level before taking up the post. This post requires British nationality (some dual nationals may be ineligible) and Developed Vetting (DV) clearance.

Other Considerations

As the post holder will have access to very sensitive information, there are limitations on travelling to a small number of countries and we will undertake additional security checks as part of the recruitment process.
