Join our rapidly growing Business Change team and help deliver our portfolio of change across the CTP network.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day application of the Business Change framework, tools and methodology to implement sustainable change across the national Counter Terrorism Policing Network.
- Support the Business Change Leads in delivering our change portfolio, working closely with our change network and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- An understanding of the principles of change management or transferrable skills.
- The ability to use information to assess how change is landing, assess risks and blockers, supporting effective decision-making.
- The ability to provide effective challenge to interested parties.
- Good planning and organisational skills, with the ability to meet demanding deadlines in a pressured environment.
- Good interpersonal and facilitation skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, across all levels including stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
- Self-starter, confident and capable of working both independently and collaboratively to tight deadlines with plenty of initiative.
- Strong IT skills in the use of Microsoft products, especially MS Word and PowerPoint.
