Regional Training and Development Lead Co-Ordinator – Police Staff – Prepare – Counter Terrorism Policing Wales
You will form part of a small Prepare Team, supporting the delivery of training and exercise activity for CTPW personnel and multi-agency partners across Wales.
This role will involve active engagement in organisational learning to enhance preparedness, including conducting structured debriefs and producing comprehensive reports.
Ideally, you will have prior experience in training delivery, exercise planning, or civil contingencies within a previous role.
Candidates must either hold, or be willing to obtain, the National Certificate of Professional Competency for a CT Prepare Officer through Na CTSO.
We are seeking an individual who is creative, forward-thinking, and able to bring fresh, innovative ideas.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to enhancing the impact and engagement of our training campaigns, contributing positively to the safety of communities in Wales.
